How strong will the weed be during Spring?

During initial growing seasons, Japanese knotweed will start to grow through any weak points in walls, concrete and paths. Therefore, a lot of damage can be caused by smaller stems making their way through cracks!

Japanese knotweed will really start to show during the Spring months and continue growing into Summer (reaching up to 20 metres in height!). So, it is extremely important that you catch it as soon as possible and put a treatment plan in place to inhibit this growth.  In summary, if you suspect you may have Japanese knotweed, please do utilise our free online identification service or call us now to book your site survey!
